Legal system and racial discrimination in the USA
The legal system maintains the life of all citicens. Therefore it has to be equitable.

Most whites, however, think about black or hispanic people as moore criminal and more suspect.
As a reason the justice and the policies, which is composed of mostly whites because they are the majority, think the same way. This is a kind or thinking throughout the whole system of the USA.
There are many evidencing statistics substantiate this situation:
Three-fourth of all executed in death penalty are belonging to minorities.
But also in the policy system are disparities. Tenthousands of car stops every year because the driver belongs to a minority are the underlining circumstances of this unjustified treatment, which is common in every part of the USA. Furthermoore it is contained in the justice all over the country.
